Job Description Based at our Szczecin plant, you'll support hiring across all Nemera locations worldwide. As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll work on a diverse mix of roles, collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the US, and help bring great talent into our organization.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment processes from kick-off to offer acceptance.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and find the right talent.
- Recruit across a variety of functions, including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and support functions.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates for key roles.
- Support internal mobility and advise on appropriate assessment approaches.
- Contribute to employer branding and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications What we're looking for
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment consulting or a related HR role.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments and stakeholders at the same time.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English is required. An additional language, ideally German or French, is a strong asset given the international scope of the role and collaboration with teams across Europe.
