Director of Spa

We are looking for a passionate Director of Spa to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and financial performance of the spa and wellness facilities. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, and a profitable, well-managed operation aligned with the brand’s values and Asaya wellness philosophy.

Key expectations:

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day spa operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning
• Develop and implement spa strategies, concepts, and wellness programs that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Establish departmental goals, service standards, and KPIs in alignment with overall business objective
• Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and ambiance
• Create staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive, wellness-driven team culture
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotions, wellness packages, and seasonal offers
• Support brand positioning through innovative spa concepts, partnerships, and guest experiences
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Profile:

• Proven experience in spa or hospitality management, ideally in a senior leadership role
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for wellness and holistic health
