Procure to Pay Junior Specialist with German (Hybrid in Warsaw)

THE WORK

We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a Procure to Pay (PTP) Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for solving routine problems through established guidelines and working closely with your team and supervisor to ensure timely and accurate task delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolving vendor inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Routing vendor requests to the relevant teams for review, action, and resolution, following the point of contact matrix.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and clearing open items.
• Reviewing AP invoices and payment proposals.
• Close cooperation with stakeholders on open items resolution.
• PO/PR management, amendments and support.
• Supporting automation process through process analysis.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with Clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Very good knowledge of German and English language (min. B2+ level in both is required).
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid (50/50) mode from the office located in Warsaw city center.

BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE:

• Educational background in finance, accounting or economics.
• Experience in Procure to Pay Accounting Operations.
