Staffing is a business-critical function at the heart of what we do at BCG Platinion. The Staffing team's main task is to assign the right profiles to the right projects and clients and to strive for excellence in all staffing processes towards internal staff and the Leadership Team.
As our new Staffing Student Worker, you will be assisting our Staffing Specialist in administrative tasks including:
- Supporting in various daily administrative tasks and operations
- Participating in staffing projects and supporting research-based activities
- Creating evaluations, reports and managing og dashboard for the Leadership Team
- Maintaining and updating the staffing tool on staffing, vacation, training, leave of absence etc.
- Coordinating with the Mobility team to ensure compliance in work permits & VISAs for our Consulting team
- Helping the NGWOW/Teaming@BCG team with the PTO surveys
What You'll Bring
You must be a student, currently studying for a degree in HR, Business, or a similar field, with at least couple of years left before you graduate. Finally, you know your way around the MS Office suite and ideally have experience working with HR systems.

Those in staffing jobs manage the life cycle of all BCG consultants - from assigning them on cases and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility, and we work closely together with our HR, Recruiting, and Career Development colleagues.
