About the role
As a Customer Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in bringing our brands to life at the point of sale across Pharmacy and Mass Market channels. Working closely with the Customer Marketing team, Sales teams and external partners, you will support the development and execution of customer activation plans that drive shopper engagement, strengthen brand visibility and contribute to achieving sales and market share objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management and Commercial Execution within a leading Consumer Healthcare company, working on iconic brands such as Sensodyne, Parodontax, Corega, Voltadol, Rhinomer and Centrum.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of trade marketing initiatives, promotions and shopper activation campaigns across Pharmacy and Mass Market channels.
- Collaborate in the development, adaptation and implementation of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring compliance with internal processes and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of promotional activities and in-store initiatives, following up on production timelines, deliveries and implementation schedules.
- Monitor promotional calendars and support the delivery of activation plans on time and in full.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and category dynamics to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on promotional activities, visibility initiatives and in-store execution.
- Support Category Management projects, including assortment reviews, category recommendations and the development of selling stories for commercial teams.
- Support purchasing and finance processes, including Purchase Order creation, supplier quotations and internal system management.
- Partner with Sales and Field Force teams to help deliver flawless execution of brand plans at customer level.
Qualifications and skills Essential
- C1 level of English.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in sales and market data
- Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
