Introduction to the job
As E-cooling expert in the Power Racks and Cabinet group you will be working on cooling solution for the electronics in cabinets and modules for all Electronical Development Functional Clusters, doing calculation and simulation, tests and proposals to the architects and designers. You also take ownership for the to be selected cooling hardware, like fans, water hoses, connectors and cold plates, and make sure implementation of this hardware in the designs is feasible and cost effective.
Role and responsibilities
o Delivering e-cooling support for NXT, NXE, EXE and Yield-Star platforms
o Giving direction and advise for to be developed cooling products based on thermal design rules.
o Creation of the thermal PIR and TPS/TAR.
o Performing upfront thermal calculations for cooling products.
o Performing simulations for complicated and critical electronic modules, racks and cabinets
o Executing thermal measurements and tests.
o Supporting e-cooling colleagues.
o Solving AIR issues related to e-cooling owned products and contribute to Lessons Learned
o Bringing and implementing cooling competence improvements
Education and experience
o Bachelor or Master degree in technical area
o Experienced with thermal calculations, simulations and measurements

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
