Digital Innovation & Process Manager

Your Responsibilities

The Digital Transformation Office (DTO), part of ISTA's IT division, drives process excellence, digitalization, and innovation across the institute. We are looking for a technology-savvy Process Manager who combines strong process management expertise with a passion for digital technologies, automation, and AI. As part of our team you will work with stakeholders across the organization to optimise, standardise, and modernise business processes.

• Analyse, design, and improve business processes across the Institute
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI adoption
• Lead process improvement initiatives with various stakeholders across ISTA
• Facilitate workshops and define future-state processes
• Establish process standards, governance, and documentation
• Drive adoption of modern process management practices and tools
• Monitor process performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and process innovation trends

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Several years of experience in process management, business analysis, or digital transformation
• Strong IT background with the ability to bridge business and technology
• Experience with process modeling and process management tools (e.g. Signavio, BPMN)
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong business analytics skills, including the ability to translate data into insights, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making
• Excellent English skills - working language is English
• Experience with AI-enabled automation and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
