Senior Manager – Transport & Operations Digital Products

As Senior Manager for Transport & Operations, you will help shape this journey by connecting people, business and technology.

You will be responsible for two Digital Product teams covering TMS Road, Sea and Air within the Digital Products area in IT.

Create Solutions that Support the Business

You will lead two Digital Product teams with responsibility for solutions that support Blue Water Shippings transport operations and customer experience.

This is an opportunity to work close to the business and influence how digital products create value across our value chain. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, your teams and across IT to create clarity, set direction and turn business needs into valuable digital solutions.

Lead and build strong collaboration

In this role your key responsibilities are:

• Lead and develop two Digital Product teams
• Set clear priorities and roadmaps that connect business strategy with product delivery
• Take ownership of budget, capacity planning and delivery commitments
• Turn business needs into digital products that create measurable value
• Balance innovation, operational stability and customer value
• Build strong collaboration across Business, Product and Technology
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities to help teams work smarter, accelerate delivery and unlock new business value.
