Head of Content Distribution & Partnerships — Part-Time

Fundmates is looking for a hands-on Content Distribution & Partnerships professional to build new monetisation channels for our video content beyond YouTube.

Our goal is simple: take content that already performs well online and find additional ways to distribute and monetise it across digital and streaming platforms.

Your role:
You will own the process end-to-end:

opportunity → partner → decision maker → outreach → negotiation → agreement → launch.

You’ll be responsible for:

• researching new platforms and distribution opportunities;
• developing partnerships with streaming and digital platforms;
• exploring FAST, AVOD, OTT and content licensing opportunities;
• presenting our content portfolio to potential partners;
• negotiating revenue share, licensing and other commercial terms;
• building relationships with distributors, platforms and agencies;
• turning promising opportunities into launched partnerships and revenue.

You may be a good fit if you have experience in:

• content distribution or licensing;
• streaming / FAST / AVOD / OTT;
• digital media or creator economy;
• content acquisition or content sales;
• platform or media partnerships.

We care more about relevant hands-on experience and industry knowledge than job titles or years of experience.

You should be comfortable independently finding the right companies and people, opening conversations and negotiating in English.

Fluent English is required.

Remote | Part-time

We’re also open to candidates with consulting or fractional experience who already have a strong network across content distribution and streaming.

Pay: From 6,000.00zł per month
