What you'll do:

Depending on your area of expertise, you may:

• Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects.
• Lead or support multidisciplinary project teams.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables and technical documentation.
• Develop innovative and practical solutions to engineering challenges.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Support project planning, budgeting and delivery.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers.
• Contribute to quality assurance and technical excellence initiatives.
• Participate in proposal preparation, business development and client presentations.
• Collaborate with international Jacobs teams on global projects. Here's what you'll need
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Significant professional experience within your area of expertise.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, projects or project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Chartered Engineer status, professional registration or relevant certification.
• Experience in international projects.
• Experience mentoring or managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards, tools and best practices within your discipline.
