E2E Process Architect

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end process excellence and continuous improvement across key value streams within and beyond the Business Hub
• Define and maintain process architecture principles, standards, and documentation frameworks across the Business Hub
• Develop and execute process improvement roadmaps across Business Areas and Global Functions aligned with industrialization priorities
• Partner with senior process owners beyond hub boundaries to drive standardization and harmonization of processes
• Maintain a cross-functional network of process and data owners to ensure alignment and consistency
• Ensure process designs provide clear input to solution design by translating business needs into process requirements and functional capabilities
• Drive identification and prioritization of process improvement opportunities with clear linkage to value creation (efficiency, quality, working capital, experience

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in process excellence, process architecture, or transformation roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process models (e.g., O2C, P2P, S2P) and shared services / Business Hub environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable value creation
• Experience operating in matrix and cross-functional environments
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
