Home journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester to strengthen quality assurance within Home Journey. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliveries across customer journeys, validating end-to-end business processes, identifying defects early, and supporting teams with test planning, execution, and quality improvements.

The role requires a strong understanding of complex business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Operations teams.

Experience & Knowledge Required

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong experience in manual functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing
• Experience validating complex business processes across multiple applications and integrations
• Proven experience in defect management, root cause analysis, and test reporting
• Experience working with large enterprise systems, preferably within banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries
• Understanding of test planning, test design techniques, and test execution methodologies
• Experience with test data preparation and management
• Experience participating in release testing
• Ability to challenge requirements and identify ambiguities before development starts
• Have a tester mindset (attention to details / quality / problem solving)
• Have an ability to work with international environment
• Are willing to learn and understand new tools and processes
• Have Pega application testing knowledge

Office presence 2-3 days a week

Must-have knowledge and experience

• 6+ years of professional working experience (preferably Agile Teams)
• Business & Testing Skills
• Strong manual testing background
• Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing across multiple systems
• Business flow validation capabilities
• Exploratory testing experience
• Requirements analysis and review
• Test case creation and execution
• Defect reporting and defect lifecycle management
• Risk-based testing approach
• Traceability management between requirements, tests, and defects
• Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Experience in System Testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)
• Some experience with Rest services (API)
• Experience in test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
• Jira/Confluence practical experience
• Experience in Pega application
