Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Minimum education level: Level 7;
• ICT-relevant degree is not mandatory;
• Minimum English language skills: C1 (CEFR);
• Minimum IT-relevant professional experience: 5 years;
• Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar position: 3 years;
• At least one certification among:
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PM2 Agile
• Equivalent internationally recognized certification accepted by the Contracting Authority;
• Experience in leading at least one medium-to-large ICT project as a Project Manager;
• Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods;
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies;
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs;
• Familiarity with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts;
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written materials and presentations for various audiences;
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, work effectively in different situations, seek improvements, and proactively drive further enhancements;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers;
• Experience in managing team work with Azure DevOps and/or ServiceNow SPM Agile Boards;
• Client-oriented with experience in business stakeholder management;
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies:
• SharePoint 2019
• SharePoint Subscription Edition
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Dataverse
• Experience managing projects using ServiceNow technologies:
• Custom applications
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience in both on-premises and cloud environments;
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and personal data privacy-related functional and security requirements.

Duties/role:

• Managing projects effectively and efficiently throughout their complete lifecycle and scope;
• Establishing and managing project controls to ensure that milestones are met, project products are delivered on time and within scope, and business goals are enabled;
• Assuring and controlling the quality of project deliverables;
• Identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during project implementation;
• Liaising with the Project Board and other key stakeholders;
• Assigning and controlling tasks, authorizing work packages, balancing priorities and workload within the team, and motivating project team members;
• Planning and controlling project product delivery processes;
• Managing effective communication within the project and with the project's external environment;
• Producing project management products (such as plans, logs, and schedules) and defining the responsibilities of parties involved in the project;
• Preparing and presenting oral and written technical reports and project presentations;
• Organizing and conducting project meetings.
