&Brows has been a trusted beauty destination in Amsterdam for over 10 years. What started as a boutique salon has grown into an established beauty brand. In 2025, we expanded beyond the Netherlands with the opening of our Dubai location, marking an exciting milestone in our journey.

We're looking for a ZZP'r Brow and/or Lash Artist to join our team for 3-5 days per week at our salon on Javastraat, one of the busiest shopping streets in Amsterdam Oost.

What we specialize in:

• Brow Shaping (threading and waxing)
• Brow Tinting
• Brow Lamination
• Lash Lifting
• Lash Tinting
• Body Waxing

We're looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, enjoys working with people, and wants to become part of a warm, supportive international team.

Ideally you:

• Are registered as a ZZP'er.
• Have experience with brow treatments, lash treatments, or both.
• Are confident performing at least some of the treatments we offer and are motivated to learn the rest.
• Are professional, reliable and client-focused.
• Speak good English. Dutch is a plus, but not required. Any additional language is always a bonus.

You don't need to master every treatment we offer. Whether your experience is mainly in brows or lashes, we'll support you in learning the treatments you don't yet perform.

Experience with body waxing is a plus, but it's not required. If you're interested, we'll be happy to provide in-house training.

What we offer:

• A ZZP collaboration based on commission per treatment (no fixed salary).
• The salary range displayed on Indeed represents a conservative gross estimate of the minimum earnings for both part-time and full-time positions, as the platform requires a salary range to be shown. Since this is a commission-based collaboration, there is no earnings cap. Your income depends on the number of clients and treatments you perform and can very easily exceed the amount displayed on Indeed.
• A part-time position (3 days per week), with the opportunity to increase your working days (up to 5/w).
• In-house training for additional treatments, including body waxing.
• Ongoing support and coaching.
• A beautiful salon in the heart of Amsterdam Oost, located on lively Javastraat.
