- RPA Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath
- Automation Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
- Production Monitoring
- Monitor bot performance and ensure stable, reliable operation of automation solutions in production environments
- Deployment & CI/CD
- Support automation deployments and CI/CD processes while following enterprise development standards
- Business Collaboration
- Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and design appropriate automation solutions
- System Integration
- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and SQL databases
- Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SDDs, and technical designs while following governance frameworks and best practices
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving the RPA environment and delivery processes while supporting scalable, maintainable, and high-quality automation Requirements
- RPA Development Experience
- 2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath
- UiPath Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, with knowledge of enterprise RPA environments
- Automation Lifecycle
- Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying automation solutions
- Programming Skills
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, VB.NET, or Python
- API & Database Integration
- Experience with API integrations and databases, including SQL
- SDLC & Agile
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- UiPath & AI Capabilities
- Knowledge of recent UiPath platform capabilities, including AI/ML-related features and Elastic Robots
- Certification & Communication
- Required UiPath certification, good communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field What we offer
