Activities

1. New Product Development

• Formula design and development planning
• Lab-scale sample production and property evaluation
• Performance verification and competitor comparison
• Pilot production and customer approval support
• Initial mass production quality monitoring
• Quality standards establishment
• Process issue analysis and improvement

2. Technical Service

• Receiving and analyzing customer complaints
• Investigating the cause of defects
• Establishing improvement plans and reporting results
• Providing technical support to clients

3. Product Improvement and Cost Reduction

• Benchmarking suppliers and competitors
• Designing and verifying improved formulations
• Reviewing and applying alternative ingredients
• Promoting cost reduction activities

4. Product Evaluation and Certification Support

• Specimen fabrication and material property evaluation
• Request for accredited testing and issuance of test reports
• Production of customer-requested samples

5. Shipment Inspection and Quality Improvement

• Pre-shipment quality inspection
• Issuance of test reports
• Quality defect analysis
• Establishment of improvement measures and verification of effectiveness

Qualifications / Experience required

Qualifications / Experience Required Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer engineering, or a related field

Experience

• Preference given to candidates with practical experience in composite materials-related fields such as SMC
• Preference given to candidates with experience in new product development, quality improvement, or technical service
• Preference given to candidates with experience in developing composite materials for automotive and electrical/electronic applications

Knowledge & Skills

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Teamwork skills and customer-oriented mindset
