Key Account Manager (Aftermarket) M/F

Responsibilities

Managing and growing a portfolio of aftermarket and service customers

Building long-term partnerships with key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction

Identifying new business opportunities and driving aftermarket sales growth

Leading commercial discussions, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contracts

Working closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to deliver the best solutions for customers

Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business strategy

Maintaining accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasts

Our requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management

Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

Technical awareness and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value

A proactive, self-driven approach and strong organizational skills

Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% of the time)
