As Assistant Manager, you support the General Manager in the daily operation of Baskèts. You help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards and ensure smooth operations throughout every shift. You coach colleagues, monitor performance and take responsibility whenever the General Manager is absent.

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and goals
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
• Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and task delegation to optimize team productivity
• Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a talented team
• Implement marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to boost store performance
• Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers, fostering a welcoming environment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Support store management in budgeting, sales management, and administrative duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €3.150,00 - €3.900,00 per month
