Technical Innovation Specialist

Task and responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing new products in accordance with ISO system and department procedures.
• Conducting tests of new products and preparing reports.
• Preparing product specifications; entering and updating data in specification database.
• Designing new products using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks)
• Preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
• Collaborating with manufacturers of tools and machines.
• Collaborating with the other sites in the Group
• Visiting customers during the new product validation process.

Competencies and skills requirements

• Higher education in a technical field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office.
• English language skills enabling fluent communication – a mandatory requirement.
• Independence, creativity, analytical skills, and general technical knowledge.
• Experience in the plastics processing industry ( thermoforming of PP, APET, PS) would be an asset.
