Here is what the job entails
As our Accounting Assistant, you will ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes across our international entities. You will take ownership of assigned areas within accounts receivable while working closely with colleagues across the business to support financial operations and reporting.
More specifically, you will be:
- Responsible for accounting activities related to the Spain and Austria entity, including bank reconciliations and customer follow-up
- Maintaining customer master data, including customer onboarding, updates, and deactivation in CRM and other business systems
- Participating in month-end closing and annual financial statements within assigned areas
- Responsible for the creation, processing, and follow-up of credit notes
- Supporting various ad hoc accounting and finance-related tasks

Meet your future team
With direct reference to our Senior Manager, Operational Finance, you will join our Finance department and become part of the Accounts Receivable Team. The wider Finance team consists of 12 colleagues, with 6 dedicated specialists working within Accounts Receivable. Together, we support the business through high-quality financial processes and close collaboration across teams and functions. We value an informal and supportive culture where colleagues help each other succeed and share knowledge across the team.

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant who works with a high degree of accuracy and enjoys working in a dynamic international environment. You are structured by nature and motivated by delivering high-quality work while identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Bring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience from a similar accounting or finance position with solid experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounts receivable processes
- Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Work in a structured and organized manner and can maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment
- Have a proactive mindset, enabling you to challenge existing processes and identify potential improvements
- Are a team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing
