As a DACH Compliance Manager, you will work closely with business leaders, support functions, and Legal & Compliance colleagues to help ensure regulatory compliance across the DACH region. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing practical guidance and helping embed a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.Key responsibilities include:

• Providing compliance advice and guidance to business and support teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Supervising regulatory developments and assessing their impact on policies, procedures, and business operations
• Supporting regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, governance activities, and maintenance of compliance registers
• Building positive relationships with internal partners and external regulatory bodies
• Preparing compliance updates and reports for senior leadership, boards, and committees
• Finding opportunities to strengthen controls, processes, training, and compliance awareness across the business

• Proficiency in German and English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with a wide range of partners
• Experience in compliance, risk management, legal, insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business guidance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail

Preferred: Knowledge of German, Austrian, or Swiss regulatory frameworks, experience working with regulatory authorities, and professional compliance or insurance-related qualifications.What Aon offers
