About the role
At seQura, we are looking for someone who doesn't just animate scenes, but brings ideas to life.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to shape how seQura looks, moves and feels. Motion is becoming a core part of how we express our brand, and this role will elevate seQura's positioning through every visual touchpoint, becoming a creative reference across the company.
This role goes far beyond moving elements on a screen. We are looking for someone with a strong visual culture across motion, photography and graphic design; someone who can read an image before animating it, understand what makes a story work, and find the right rhythm to make an idea move.
You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to turn concepts into compelling visual stories that build the seQura brand, while also bringing your expertise to projects across the company.
What challenges you'll be solving
- Turn concepts into high-quality motion graphics, video and visual storytelling that go beyond campaigns: work that repositions the company and strengthens its brand narrative.
- Define and document seQura's motion language: principles, timing and transitions that other designers and partners can apply consistently.
- Join projects from the idea stage, shaping concepts alongside copywriters and other creatives rather than executing finished briefs.
- Build visual narratives where rhythm, composition, photography, typography and movement all serve a clear purpose.
- Own every project from concept to final delivery, with consistency and attention to detail at each step.
- Bring structure to the process: manage timelines and deliverables without lowering the creative bar.
- Integrate AI tools into your workflow to explore faster and push further, never as a substitute for judgement or craft.
- Become a trusted reference for teams across seQura, contributing wherever your expertise adds value.
- Keep exploring new tools, formats and approaches that raise how we communicate as a brand.

- Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.

What you’ll need
- A portfolio that shows craft and systems thinking together, not just showreel moments.
- Senior-level judgment: you know which risks are worth taking, and which aren't.
- Conceptual depth: the ability to connect motion, brand and interaction into one coherent experience.
- Fluency with AI and generative tools for image, motion and audio generation.
- Expert in motion & editing tools**:** it's not about which tools you prefer, but how well you use them. Think After Effects for motion, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to finish a project end to end, Cinema 4D/Blender for 3D, but if you achieve the same results in a different way, that works too.
- A solid foundation in composition and photography: you understand what makes an image work before you animate it.
- Sharp judgement, connecting every visual decision to the idea behind the piece.
- Experience developing ideas with copywriters and other creative profiles, not just receiving briefs.
- Real ownership: you manage projects, meet deadlines and answer for your work end to end.
- Flexibility to move across projects, formats and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, technology or other fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Figma.
About you
- You notice when an animation feels just a little too slow.
- You know when an easing curve doesn't quite feel right.
- You care about craft but understand how to ship quickly.
- You're comfortable working in ambiguity, helping define patterns before they exist.
- Most importantly, you believe motion isn't decoration. It's a critical part of how great products communicate.
