Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk (temporary)

As an Accounts Payable / Receivable Employee at WE Fashion, you will work together with your team to ensure that financial transactions are processed accurately and on time. You will handle both incoming and outgoing payments, support colleagues in our stores and at the head office, and contribute to keeping our financial processes running smoothly. In this role, you will deal with a wide range of financial matters, meaning no two days are the same. This is a temporary position until the end of October. In this role:

• You ensure the accurate, complete and timely registration of incoming invoices in the general ledger, and follow up on their approval and payment.

• You process financial transactions accurately and on time in the general ledger.

• You prepare outgoing invoices and monitor whether payments are received within the agreed payment terms.

• You check whether incoming invoices meet legal and internal requirements and coordinate any questions or discrepancies with suppliers or colleagues.

• You manage and maintain the accounts payable master data, ensuring that changes are processed correctly and in accordance with applicable procedures.

• You identify potential errors or risks and discuss these with your manager to find an appropriate solution.

• You work closely with Customer Service on financial questions from stores or customers and help find suitable solutions.

• You actively contribute ideas for improving processes, procedures and internal controls. Where you make an impact:
