Work Preparation & Planning Wood

As a Work Preparation & Planning Coordinator, you are a key link between Production, Logistics, and Engineering. You ensure that work orders are fully prepared, documented, and ready for execution, helping our Wood Department run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and process production orders for the Wood Department
• Interpret technical drawings and customer requirements
• Create clear internal work instructions for the production team
• Organize all required documentation, drawings, photos, and cutting instructions
• Ensure orders are complete and ready before the scheduled production date
• Coordinate with Logistics to guarantee material availability and order picking
• Support Shift Leaders with planning and administrative tasks
• Monitor order progress and communicate with internal stakeholders
• Identify potential bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements

What You Bring

• Experience in work preparation, planning, or a similar coordination role is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• A proactive and structured way of working
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

You will join our Wood Department and work closely with Shift Leaders, Process Engineers, Logistics, and Production teams. Together, you ensure that projects move efficiently through production and meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.
