BPO IT & Operations Specialist

Join our international team and support global initiatives in process optimization, digital transformation, and innovative IT solutions.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Business Processes, and IT, collaborating with global project teams, business stakeholders, accounting professionals, developers, and technology partners.

Your Responsibilities* Support global initiatives related to AI, process automation, and application development.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver internal communications related to projects, new solutions, and process changes.
• Create communication, presentation, training, and informational materials.
• Coordinate trainings and workshops with trainers, experts, and participants.
• Support project documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

What We’re Looking For* 2+ years of experience in internal communication, process optimization, project coordination, business operations, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. German is an advantage.
• Experience creating communication and training materials.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of business processes and process improvement.
• Interest in IT, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
