Senior IT Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements from business stakeholders
- Document requirements as features and/or user stories
- Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
- Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes
- Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program
Requirements:
- Proven experience with CDW and reporting
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
- Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
- 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
- Experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
- Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools
- Ability to manage requirements independently from collection to development handover
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a Nordic bank
- Knowledge of reporting solutions and processes
- Experience working with Hadoop
