What to Expect The EMEA Sales Programs team sits within Planning, Analytics and Sales Operations and designs, executes, and measures programs that drive vehicle deliveries and profitability across EMEA. We work across the full customer lifecycle - from acquisition through retention and referral - and collaborate with local teams and cross-functional partners to tailor programs to regional market realities.

As an Associate Sales Programs Analyst, you will support the design, planning, and evaluation of our sales programs. You will turn data into insight and insight into proposals: analyzing program performance, providing the analytical backbone for planning decisions, and recommending which programs to launch, scale, stop, or replace. Priorities evolve quickly, and you will be expected to translate ambiguity into structured analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem solving, thrives amid shifting priorities, and wants to build strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills while helping steer Tesla's commercial growth in EMEA.

What You'll Do* Design and recommend sales programs across EMEA to optimize vehicle deliveries and profitability, and develop program frameworks (e.g., FSD, financing, option pricing / upselling, OLP / CPO / Enterprise) with local teams across the full customer lifecycle

  • Support long-term programs planning and a streamlined, end-to-end proposal process, extending the planning horizon and depth
  • Build and maintain analytical models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and planning decisions under supply and demand constraints
  • Measure program effectiveness (impact on orders, revenue, cost, and traffic; plan vs. actual) and build reporting to quantify performance and inform decisions
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to launch, scale, stop, or replace programs, feeding learnings back into design, and build clear proposals and business cases for senior stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate master data as a single source of truth and enable self-serve program effectiveness reporting
  • Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements, translating ambiguity into structured analysis and ramping quickly on new topics as priorities shift

What You'll Bring* Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer / Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience using Excel and SQL and/or Python to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets
  • Experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) and translating data into clear recommendations
  • Strong business intuition and process thinking, balancing analytical rigor with practical decision-making
  • Clear, structured communication - able to build compelling proposals and present to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, ramping quickly on new topics, and managing multiple priorities
  • High standard for data quality and integrity
  • Passion for problem-solving and sustainable energy
