Taken
- Oversee all aspects of company financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and budgeting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Supporting the preparation, administration and filing of annual accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and related corporate records, working with senior management, accountants and advisers where required;
- Supporting the operations of the Board and senior management, including helping ensure that relevant information is prepared, organised and made available in a timely manner;
- Overseeing the customer sign-up experience for users of the securitisation repository and providing practical support to customers during the registration and onboarding process, including assisting with queries;
- Supporting the System Administrator in the customer onboarding and due diligence process, including ensuring that relevant administrative steps are completed and properly recorded;
- Completing due diligence and the approval process on new customers in line with Company procedures and with support from the Management Team;
- Working with the Risk and Compliance Officer on an ongoing basis to help ensure that operational processes and systems continue to support relevant regulatory and internal control requirements;
- Promoting a culture of openness, accountability, good administration and effective internal controls;upporting cross-training and key-person-risk mitigation by documenting processes, maintaining clear working files, and providing practical training or handover support to colleagues where required;
- Providing general administrative support to the Company, including maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers, organising information and supporting internal governance processes;
- Supporting general PR and external communication activities where required, including assisting with announcements, website updates, customer-facing materials, event coordination, or other proportionate communication tasks; and
- Where required, assisting with reciprocal services for SecRep B.V.’ sister organisation for which there is common ownership.

Pay: €45.000,00 - €55.000,00 per year
