We’re seeking for a ServiceNow L3 developer to join an innovative and International project.

Project: We are looking for a ServiceNow L3 developer, Technical Analyst, Release Coordinator who has between 3-7 years of experience with ServiceNow development, platform architecture, in a multi-module environment.

Requirements:

• 3 - 7 years' experience as Tooling Engineer or in a similar role
• Should be a problem solver with excellent communication skills - Hands on experience in system integrations and process automations (Workflow Data Fabric)
• Strong experience in Web Service Integration using REST and SOAP
• Strong experience in Directory Service Integration (Active Directory, AzureAD, LDAP, etc.)
• Strong experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, databases, SQL, etc.
• Strong experience with ITSM/ITOM required.
• Exposure to other modules like HRSD, CSM are good to have.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS, AKS, etc.
• Experience using software development tools / IDEs
• Experience using code repositories
• Good understanding of ITIL framework
• Good reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive automation efforts targeting application support activities, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerting activities, etc.
• Support automation, orchestration and integration initiatives based on ServiceNow
• Develop enhancements in coordination with offshore managed service team. It includes (but not limited to) creating requests, update forms, customize portal, customize process workflow
• Collaborate with Application Users/Operations Teams to understand requirements, use cases and transform them Self Service options
• Investigate and rollout ServiceNow feature: ATF, virtual agents, …
• Support ServiceNow upgrade
• Coordinate release of enhancements: make sure release is developed and test on time, with good quality
• Ability to create custom support tools aimed at automating production processes
• Generate metrics, reports, etc.
• Provides documentation for maintaining/repairing automation scripts

• Collaborative & firm interaction capacity with Partners (Offshore, nearshore, onsite), IS internal teams (Infrastructure & Business Solutions) and Business teams.
• Self-driven
• Documentation ServiceNow Developer Certification
• Preferred Language: English Fluent, French (nice to have)

Regime: Hybrid (2 days onsite) in Lisbon.
