The Senior Manager leads the EMEA People Process Delivery team for Compensation, Benefits and Time Off. Reporting to the Director, Global Process Delivery, EMEA, this leader partners with Total Rewards, Payroll, Compliance, People Solutions, Business HR, Employee Data Management, global delivery teams and external vendors.

The Senior Manager is an experienced operations leader who brings deep knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, strong people leadership and a commitment to service excellence. This leader turns program strategy into accurate, compliant and scalable delivery across EMEA. They use data and employee insights to strengthen controls, simplify processes and improve experiences. They build trusted partnerships across functions, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and create an environment where teams can do their best work. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complexity, balancing regional requirements with global standards and leading change with focus and care.
The right candidate brings:
- Proven HR shared services or operations experience, including significant compensation and benefits administration experience.
- Experience leading managers, supervisors and/or professional teams, with a focus on coaching, inclusion and accountability.
- Deep knowledge of compensation cycles, incentive and salary review processes, benefits operations, vendor management and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience translating new or changing compensation and benefits programs into effective operations, controls and employee experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to use KPIs, SLAs, case data and employee feedback to manage risk, improve services and lead process, technology or automation initiatives; Workday and ServiceNow experience is preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the operational delivery of compensation, benefits and Time Off programs across EMEA. You will turn strategy into consistent execution, strengthen controls and vendor performance, and help the team deliver simple, reliable experiences for employees across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end administration of compensation, benefits and Time Off programs across EMEA, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and service quality.
- Own annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, incentive payments, market adjustments and other recurring programs.
- Guide benefits operations, enrollment activities and vendor administration to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
- Partner with Total Rewards Centers of Excellence and People Solutions teams to launch program changes and new initiatives with clear plans, controls and adoption measures.
- Set and monitor service levels, key performance indicators, operational controls and quality standards to manage risk and improve outcomes.
- Use case data, employee feedback and business insights to simplify processes, automate work and strengthen scalable delivery models.
- Build, coach and develop an inclusive, high-performing team, while ensuring vendor accountability and audit readiness across the portfolio.
