Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SAP PM / S/4HANA Consultant to support a major transformation toward a modern, standardized, and digitally enabled maintenance organization. This role requires a strong combination of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) expertise, S/4HANA transformation experience, business process knowledge, and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Business Process Transformation & Strategy: Analyze existing maintenance and asset management processes, conduct gap analyses against SAP S/4HANA capabilities, define standardized future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices, and deliver recommendations for governance, operating models, and system architecture.
• Execution & Stakeholder Alignment: Gather and validate requirements, bridge communication across business and IT teams, support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment, while leading organizational change management, continuous improvement, and end-user adoption.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP PM / EAM experience.
• Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Experience with SAP MM and procurement integration.
• Experience in master data and BOM management.
• Experience working in manufacturing, heavy industry, energy, engineering, or process industries.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
