Global Offer Manager - BMS Controllers

Job Description: About the Role

Join Schneider Electric's Global Offer Management team and help shape the future of Building Management Systems (BMS). As Global Offer Manager, you will drive the commercial growth, market adoption, and strategic direction of our BMS Controllers portfolio.

You will combine deep market insight, customer engagement, pricing strategy, and portfolio management to ensure our solutions deliver value for customers while driving sustainable business growth. Working across regions and functions, you'll help translate market opportunities into winning offers and go-to-market strategies.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute growth strategies for the BMS Controllers portfolio.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives across hardware, software, and recurring revenue offerings.
• Lead Voice of Customer activities and translate market insights into portfolio priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, emerging segments, and ecosystem development.
• Collaborate with regional teams to accelerate adoption and improve commercial performance.
• Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and portfolio growth plans.
• Position the portfolio through clear value propositions that connect technology innovation with customer outcomes.
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and R&D teams to bring new offers to market successfully.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Extensive experience in Building Management Systems, Building Automation, Smart Buildings, or Energy Management.
• Background in product management, offer management, portfolio management, strategic marketing, or a similar commercial leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, business planning, and growth strategy.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into business decisions and portfolio actions.
• Experience engaging with customers, consultants, system integrators, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from Building Management domain.
• Experience with subscription, SaaS, or recurring revenue business models.
• Knowledge of smart building technologies, AI, edge computing, or digital building solutions.
• Experience within large, complex organizations and global markets.
