A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the Procurement Excellence team, you will play a key role in strengthening the capabilities of our global procurement organization. You will collaborate with procurement leaders, HR stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify future workforce needs, develop competency frameworks, and drive digital learning initiatives. You will use workforce analytics and skills assessments to support strategic workforce planning while leading change management efforts that enable the adoption of new technologies and ways of working. Through targeted development programs and continuous learning initiatives, you will help prepare the procurement workforce for future business challenges.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and continuously enhance a global competency framework for procurement roles, including technical, digital, and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct workforce capability assessments, skills gap analyses, and workforce analytics to support talent development and future workforce planning.
- Design and implement digital learning strategies, structured learning pathways, and upskilling initiatives focused on AI, data analytics, and digital procurement capabilities.
- Lead organizational change and people-focused transformation initiatives that support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
- Define and monitor workforce and learning KPIs to measure capability growth, AI adoption, and learning effectiveness.
- Support talent development, succession planning, mentoring programs, and continuous learning initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in workforce development, talent management, learning & development, organizational development, or strategic workforce planning within a global matrix organization.
- Experience supporting procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable corporate function, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and business requirements.
- Expertise in workforce planning, competency management, organizational development, and change management.
- Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, workforce analytics, and modern learning and development methodologies.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
