Trading Support Representative ( Finnish Speaking )

As a Trading Support Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate our trading platform and services. You’ll assist private and professional investors with a wide range of questions via telephone, email and chat. These may include, for example, questions about the platform, investment accounts, placing orders or different financial products.

The role also includes a significant amount of translation work between Finnish and English, as well as proofreading and reviewing various types of content. Fluency in both languages and excellent written communication skills are therefore essential.

You will also help manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that the necessary information is collected and accurately recorded in our systems. Accuracy and attention to detail are particularly important given the legal and regulatory requirements we must comply with.

In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will participate in various projects and contribute to the continuous development of our services and processes. The role offers a high level of responsibility from the beginning, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge of financial markets and grow into a financial industry professional. To support you along the way, we provide comprehensive training materials and access to a dedicated learning portal, making it easier for you to build your knowledge.

Who are you?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English;
• A passion for the financial world and investing, and an interest in different financial products;
• A higher education degree;
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage;
• A detail-oriented and analytical approach;
• A fast learner with a hands-on and quality-oriented mentality;
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly;
• A service-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers;
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work;
• Planning to stay in the Netherlands for at least a year;
• Experience in marketing, including Google Ads and WordPress, is not essential but advantageous.
