In your role as O2C AMS Consultant, you will help ensure stable and efficient Order-to-Cash processes across our international organization. By acting as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of critical business applications while shaping solutions that enable operational excellence. At Vaillant, you will join a collaborative and international environment where your expertise makes a visible impact on business success.

You act as the key contact for business stakeholders regarding Order-to-Cash application support and ensure that business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.

Together with internal experts and external partners, you coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation to ensure stable and reliable business operations.

Your responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, evaluating solution options, and supporting the design and implementation of sustainable application enhancements.

By monitoring service quality and vendor performance, you help ensure that agreed service levels are achieved and that support processes continuously improve.

You collaborate closely with international business teams, IT colleagues, and external providers to drive process optimization and increase the efficiency of Order-to-Cash operations.

Through proactive communication and stakeholder management, you contribute to transparent decision-making and help deliver a positive user experience across the organization.

What makes us successful together

Qualification: You hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.

Experience: You have practical experience in application maintenance support, business process support, or consulting within Order-to-Cash environments, ideally in an international organization.

Know-how and skills: You bring strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP Sales and Distribution, combined with analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have: Experience with service management processes, vendor management, ITIL methodologies, SAP integrations, or additional ERP systems would be an advantage.

Personality: You are customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships across different functions and cultures.

Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be considered an asset.
