What would you do as our AI Enablement Engineer
As our AI Enablement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of AI across our product development organisation. Working closely with global R&D teams, you will help embed AI into everyday development processes, enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.
This is a hands-on role that combines AI advocacy, enablement, and solution development. You will support teams in identifying and applying AI-driven opportunities, while also developing prototypes, tools, and automations that demonstrate tangible value. Acting as a key facilitator between technology, people, and business objectives, you will help drive innovation, partnership, and AI adoption across a complex global matrix organisation.
You would also:
- Partner with R&D teams to identify, test, and scale AI solutions that improve product development efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement AI-powered tools, prototypes, and automations across coding, testing, design, documentation, and analysis.
- Drive AI adoption by assisting teams, sharing best practices, and creating practical guidelines and playbooks for responsible use.
- Act as a key link between R&D, CTO functions, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align AI initiatives and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance and responsible AI standards while monitoring emerging AI trends and translating them into business value.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and product development processes.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools in real-world workflows, with additional experience in prototyping, automation, or scripting being highly advantageous.
- Proven background in project management, innovation, or early-stage development, ideally within cross-functional and global environments.
- Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex AI concepts into practical business solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, capable of driving innovation.
