About the Role:
As a CBRE HR Service Center Sr. Associate, you will serve as a point of contact for the People Service Center on escalated cases that are confidential, and highly visible.
This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies. What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent customer service for People Service Center-related inquiries and be able to operate with limited direction from your manager.
Review team performance against Service Level Agreements and ensure that communications and training are customer focused and delivered with integrity.
Coach and train new employees on People Shared Services practices, processes, and policies. Provide guidance to and help develop junior team members.
Manage cases that are complex, visible, and/or confidential in nature and resolve them in an accurate, timely, and effective way.
Build strong relationships with management to meet objectives and avoid ticket escalation.
Create and deliver training materials, reference guides, and keep up to date on People policies.
Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Directly impact the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Strong ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
