Sales Representative

Xcel Athletics is looking for an energetic Sales Representative to help us connect with customers and grow our client base. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding what people need, and confidently presenting products and services. You will have the opportunity to work directly with customers while developing practical sales skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with prospective customers and respond to sales inquiries
• Learn about customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Explain product features, pricing, and available options
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication
• Keep sales and customer information accurate and up to date
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Good communication, active listening, and the ability to stay organized are important in this role. Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are also interested in candidates who are confident, eager to learn, and ready to develop their career in sales.

Sueldo: 14,70€-16,81€ la hora
