The Product Demonstrator (End User) works directly with customers on-site to understand how they use tools and equipment in real working environments. This role focuses on demonstrating products, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and safety, and recommending practical solutions that help end users work more efficiently. It is a hands-on, customer-facing position ideal for someone who combines technical confidence with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Job:
As the End User, you’ll be part of our Sales Team. You’ll get to:
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations for end users in real working environments.
- Observe how tools and equipment are used and identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, and efficiency.
- Recommend practical product solutions based on customer needs, job site conditions, and application requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, and best practices in a clear and engaging way.
- Support end users in adopting recommended tools, equipment, and work methods.
- Build strong relationships with customers through a consultative and service-oriented approach.
- Gather feedback from end users and share insights with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are supported with the right solutions and follow-up actions.
- Prepare clear summaries, observations, and recommendations following site visits and demonstrations.
- Promote safe working practices and a continuous improvement mindset in all customer interactions.
About You:

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in product demonstration, technical sales, construction, industrial, or trade-related environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly to end users.
- Good understanding of tools, equipment, and practical job site or workplace applications, with the ability to recommend suitable solutions.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations.

Salary Range: zł71 000,00 - zł105 800,00
