What you can expect

• You report directly to the VP Finance and work closely with the CFO and the Executive Board.
• You lead the Group-wide Financial Planning & Analysis function, managing a central team of currently 15 FTEs in a highly dynamic, capital market-oriented environment.
• You are a member of the Finance Leadership Team and collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, Digital Finance, and Central Services.
• You act as a trusted sparring partner to senior management and support strategic as well as operational decision-making processes.
• You foster close collaboration with the Business Units, supporting their decision-making and optimization efforts while maintaining a strong focus on the overall corporate strategy.
• You establish a cross-functional approach to holistic business analysis, identifying opportunities to optimize capital and resource allocation.
• You build a future-ready and scalable Controlling organization that serves as a strategic Finance Business Partner, enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• You hold overall responsibility for the continuous development of the Group-wide KPI-based performance management framework.
• You further develop reporting structures and analytics solutions to generate actionable business insights.
• You optimize planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization.
• You support M&A projects with your financial expertise, particularly in the development and evaluation of business cases.
• You play a key role in shaping structures, processes, and systems at the intersection of mobility, digitalization, and sustainability. What makes you stand out

• You take overall responsibility for the continuous evolution of the Group-wide KPI-based performance management framework.
• You drive the development of reporting structures and analytics solutions to generate meaningful business insights.
• You optimize planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization.
• You support M&A activities with your financial expertise, particularly in the assessment and development of business cases.
• You play a key role in shaping structures, processes, and systems at the intersection of mobility, digitalization, and sustainability.
