The impact you will make as a Consultant
As a Consultant, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for a specific domain within our Pension & Wealth platform. With your analytical mindset and client-focused approach, you will help drive continuous improvement across our systems and processes.
You serve as the bridge between the client’s operations and our development teams. Thanks to your technical insight and process-oriented way of thinking, you ensure that proposed improvements are successfully implemented.

Understanding your role as a Consultant
In this role, you advise clients on their business processes and actively contribute to finding effective solutions. You act as the link between the client, technology, and operations, continuously developing your knowledge of IT, Finance and consultancy.
Your responsibilities include:
- Translating business requirements into IT solutions
- Maintaining relationships with clients and technical specialists
- Developing and executing tests for new or existing software
- Contributing to the full process of software development, testing, and delivery
- Analyzing, assessing, and presenting test results to the client
- Ensuring the quality and functionality of the software
- Reviewing product requirements and providing input for test plans
- Defining test cases based on client applications, product requirements, and integrations
What you bring as a Consultant
You have strong analytical skills, are client-oriented, and enjoy working in a team where quality comes first.
We are looking for someone with:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in IT or Finance
- Strong analytical ability and the ambition to develop it further
- Interest in (or experience with) software testing and quality assurance
- Technical affinity; knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus
- The ability to translate client needs into practical, workable solutions
- Knowledge of financial processes such as investments or pensions is an advantage (but not required)
- Experience with or interest in Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of tax schemes is considered an advantage
