STUDIO 9 is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to turn strong customer interest in KEYSTONE into signed contracts and long-term partnerships.
This role carries clear responsibility for the sales pipeline and the full commercial process, from initial customer dialogue and pilot to negotiation and agreement.
ABOUT KEYSTONE
KEYSTONE is STUDIO 9’s SaaS platform that enables our customers to collect, structure and manage product data directly from their suppliers.
The platform makes it easier for our customers to meet the evolving compliance requirements in areas spanning from EUDR, supply chain traceability, digital product passport (DPP) and LCA. It is built as a SaaS platform that can easily integrate into our customers’ system landscape (e.g. to their ERP and PIM-system).
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with our Sales Director and Software & Implementation team, you will drive KEYSTONE’s commercial growth and help shape how the platform is positioned, sold and delivered.
You will lead the customer journey from the first conversation through agreement, onboarding and long-term development. This includes identifying the right decision-makers, building support across the customer’s organisation and presenting a clear financial and operational case for choosing KEYSTONE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive customer acquisition and commercial growth for KEYSTONE
- Own the sales process from initial dialogue to signed agreement
- Progress opportunities through demonstrations, pilots, negotiations and internal approvals
- Identify decision-makers and build support across the customer’s organisation
- Build compelling ROI cases that demonstrate KEYSTONE’s financial and operational value
- Maintain a structured pipeline with forecasts and clear next steps
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Support customer adoption, retention and account growth
- Bring customer insights into product positioning and business development, collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Software teams
ABOUT YOU
You are motivated by progressing sales opportunities and turning interest into lasting customer relationships. You work in a structured way, create momentum and follow opportunities through to completion.
You are comfortable exploring a customer’s software landscape, understanding how systems, data and workflows connect, and translating software capabilities into clear business value. You can engage both commercial and IT stakeholders in conversations about business needs, integrations and scalability.
You bring:
- Proven results in B2B sales within SaaS, software or digital solutions, combined with an understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM and PLM platforms
- The ability to discuss APIs, system integrations and product data flows at a commercial level, connecting technical requirements to customer needs
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery and qualification through solution presentations, proposal development and contract negotiation
- The ability to build a convincing business case around ROI, operational efficiency and data quality
- Strong stakeholder management
- A disciplined approach to CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting
Experience with product information management (PIM), master data, supply chain processes or compliance is an advantage, as is knowledge of the fashion, furniture and lifestyle industries.
WHAT WE OFFER
You will join KEYSTONE early in its growth journey and play a central role in shaping how the platform is sold and scaled. You will have high ownership, close collaboration across teams, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
We offer a flexible working environment with our headquarters located by the harbour in Horsens, Denmark. While we value in-person collaboration, we are open to candidates based elsewhere and support remote working arrangements.
