• Lead and assist in construction projects across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, plastering, carpentry, tile laying, welding, and heavy equipment operation
• Interpret and follow detailed schematics and technical drawings to execute precise installations and repairs
• Prepare accurate estimates for materials and labor costs based on project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently
• Maintain safety standards on-site by adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies
• Operate heavy machinery safely and effectively to support construction activities
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure craftsmanship meets industry standards
