As a Lab Technician, you will support laboratory activities focused on quality control, product development, and process support. You will work with modern equipment, perform analyses, and contribute to a safe and reliable production environment.
What will you do?
As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing and supporting laboratory tasks in a GMP-regulated environment. Your duties will include:
- Conducting standard laboratory analyses and tests according to established procedures.
- Preparing samples, reagents, materials, and equipment.
- Ensuring accurate registration of results and activities in logbooks and laboratory systems.
- Processing, reviewing, and interpreting measurement data and analysis results.
- Identifying and reporting deviations during experiments, analyses, or test activities.
- Supporting trial productions, validations, and other laboratory projects.
- Maintaining, checking, and managing laboratory equipment.
- Identifying malfunctions or irregularities in equipment and assisting with solutions.
- Contributing to the daily organization of the laboratory, including inventory management, ordering materials, and general laboratory support.
- Working in compliance with applicable safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.

- A completed MBO 4, HLO, or HBO program in a laboratory- or science-related field.
- Internship experience or work experience in a laboratory environment is a plus.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and quality-focused processes.
- A strong sense of responsibility regarding safety and quality.
- Good analytical skills and accuracy in performing and documenting tasks.
- Experience with or affinity for working with automated systems and data processing.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
