THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT
People Analytics & Development Partner (Level 8)
People & Culture · Amsterdam
You'll be the analytical engine behind our People & Culture decisions and the architect of learning programmes that help our team grow. You'll report directly to the VP of People & Culture and work as a trusted partner across the business — translating people & managers' questions into clear insights, and turning those insights into people programmes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
People Analytics
- Own the People Analytics function, providing proactive guidance and insights on people matters
- Build and maintain leadership and strategic dashboards, exploring AI-driven visualization and predictive reporting techniques.
- Design and run our engagement and pulse surveys; translate results into actionable recommendations and drive them into actions
- Ensure data quality across our HRIS and people tooling, and drive analytics best practices within the team.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends and best practices in HR analytics, evaluating how new technology can enhance talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
Learning & Development
- Design and support our L&D strategy
- Build scalable learning journeys that address both company-wide skill gaps and individual growth paths.
- Partner with managers and team leads to embed a coaching culture
- Measure what matters: learning effectiveness, skill uplift, and the actual business impact of development investment.
- Evaluate and manage external vendors, platforms, and learning content
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the senior stakeholders on people topics.
- Support workforce planning and change management initiatives with data and programme design.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years in a People Analytics, HR Business Partner, or L&D role — ideally across more than one of these disciplines.
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (Deel, Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar).
- Background in mobility, logistics, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
- Scale-up experience: you've built things from scratch in a resource-constrained, high-growth environment.
- Strong data skills
- Experience designing and running L&D programmes that visibly impacted performance or retention.
- Excellent communication
