At IE University, we are looking for a Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team.

In this role, you will design personalized experiences and automation strategies to support prospective students throughout their decision-making journey. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Data, IT, and technology partners.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities: Yo****ur role as a Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Specialist will involve:* Design and optimize customer journeys, workflows, and nurturing programs.

• Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Design and optimize landing pages, forms, and personalization strategies.
• Define target audiences and support integrations between Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, and the broader digital ecosystem.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to digital transformation projects in collaboration with Marketing, Data, IT, and external consulting partners.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:* 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Customer Journey Management.

• Experience designing workflows, customer journeys, and advanced audience segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience creating landing pages and forms using CMS platforms such as AEM Sites or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRM, CDP, and digital analytics.
• High level of English proficiency.

Additional valued experience:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Real-Time CDP, or AEM Sites.
• Experience working within MarTech ecosystems, integrating Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, CMS, and digital analytics solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business and technology stakeholders.
