About Skello
Skello is the AI-powered HR management solution for frontline teams.
HR tools were designed for offices, yet 55% of the workforce works on their feet and deserves technology built for the field. Our mission is to make their day-to-day better.
For managers and HR leads, Skello offers seamless management from hiring to payroll: our AI automates time-consuming tasks so they can anticipate and oversee while staying fully in control. For teams, Skello guarantees a transparent, collaborative experience from day one.
In July 2026, we reached a major milestone by announcing a €200M funding round to accelerate our growth. After 10 years of listening to our customers, this new chapter reflects our conviction: technology should support and simplify work, never replace people.
Our ambition is to become the go-to AI HR management solution for every frontline team in Europe.

Context
At Skello, connectivity is a strategic priority for our customers: being able to connect Skello to their ecosystem (payroll, HRIS, POS) matters more and more in their daily operations. To meet this need, we now treat our API as a product in its own right.
We’re also changing the way we build: an AI-augmented product team, where part of the output (specs, analyses, prototypes) relies on agents, freeing up time for decisions, customer contact and product sense.
In this context, we’re creating an API & Platform Product Manager role: the person who owns the vision and roadmap of our API layer and integrations, and drives them forward hands-on every day, working side by side with our Engineering Builders.
Your missions
As API & Platform Product Manager, you’ll own a high-stakes scope from vision to delivery, at the heart of the collaboration with Tech and our integration partners.
- You own the vision and roadmap for our APIs and integrations: you identify missing APIs, prioritize and make the call.
- You frame needs, write specs, drive delivery, test and run acceptance: you’re deep in the details of execution.
- You move generic integrations forward, drive their activation once the API ships, and manage the relationship and roadmap with our integration partners.
- You ensure integrations make it from beta to production, monitor their health and coordinate support on advanced technical topics.
What we’re looking for
- At least 4 years of Product Management experience, part of it on a technical scope: API, platform or integrations.
- Strong business sense: you’ve already owned a product decision and know how to size its impact (revenue, adoption, partners).
- Real technical fluency: you understand REST APIs, webhooks and data models; you can read code and talk with engineers without being a developer yourself.
- Delivery pragmatism: you enjoy getting your hands dirty (specs, testing, production monitoring) as much as shaping the vision.
- Comfort with AI tools: you use them in your daily work and keep a critical eye on what they produce.
- Problem & decision sense: finding the right problem, prioritizing under constraints, making the call.
- Serious without taking yourself too seriously: high standards, autonomy, team spirit.
- Professional English: fluent, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- You know the world of payroll, HRIS or integration and API ecosystems.
- You understand the constraints of frontline jobs (scheduling, HR, operations) in sectors like retail, restaurants or services.
- Spanish or French is a plus.
