We are seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent & Culture team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is driven by finding exceptional talent, building strong relationships, and shaping an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.

About the Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the hotel. You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring every candidate experiences our culture of genuine hospitality from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Promote and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment events, social media, and strategic partnerships
• Utilize recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
• Ensure recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with company standards
• Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support onboarding and talent development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within hospitality or luxury service environments
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and attracting top talent
• Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and employer branding
