Your Task

• Design, implement, and manage security controls and processes to protect our systems and data.
• Collaborate with IT, cloud and development teams to integrate security best practices into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Lead the process of documenting information about our systems and services, ensuring that all security-related aspects are accurately captured and maintained.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, audit process, evidence and guidelines.
• Assist technical teams in implementing security requirements and maintaining documentation related to these requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance and security integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of Security: A broad understanding of technical security concepts, including network security, application security, and data protection.
• Documentation Skills: Strong skills in creating and managing comprehensive documentation, with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level (Stanag 3,3,3,3).
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: Any relevant security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and other.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.q. CIS Controls), as well as experience with security tools and technologies.
