About us

The Car Gallery (TCG International) specialises in premium, exclusive and special-edition vehicles, which we trade and export internationally. For our clients, everything comes down to condition, quality and authenticity — and the original factory paint is an essential part of that. To repair cosmetic damage without ever touching that original paint, we are looking for a true craftsman: a dent repair specialist who works using the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technique.

The role

As a PDR specialist, you restore dents, hail damage and deformations to their original shape — with precision, without filler and without any paintwork. You bring the bodywork back to factory condition, making respraying entirely unnecessary and preserving the original paint — and with it the value of the vehicle.

You operate specialised equipment, apply the associated techniques and deliver work in which no trace of the original damage remains.

What you'll do:

• Assess damage and determine whether repair without respraying is possible
• Repair dents, hail damage and deformations using PDR techniques (including rod/leverage and glue-pulling methods)
• Operate specialised equipment and tools, including reading the surface with reflection boards and lighting techniques
• Restore bodywork to its original condition while preserving the original factory paint
• Work with precision on premium and exclusive vehicles, where quality allows no compromise

What we're looking for

• Demonstrable experience as a panel beater or dent repair specialist, preferably in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
• An exceptional eye for detail, patience and genuine craftsmanship
• Pride in flawlessly finished work and a feel for the value of exceptional cars
• An independent, precise and results-driven approach
• A valid driving licence (category B)
